大学生创新创业行为演化路径研究——基于大众创业、万众创新时代背景

本文通过对政府、高校、第三方融资机构、大学生的博弈分析,在2×2博弈主体基础上考虑多维博弈主体行为交互,建立了两阶段大学生创新创业过程中博弈主体行为演化契约机制设计的数学模型,探讨了高校收益及支持成本、大学生创新创业收益及努力成本、大学生贷款诚信度、融资机构收益、对贷款方违约行为惩罚力度、投资损失、政府工作效率及服务态度、支持力度及成本等行为因素对博弈主体行为影响,得到了一系列博弈主体行为演化机制,通过仿真验证了演化机制效应的有效性,为提高大学生创新创业成功率、促进大众创业创新提供新的理论指导。

Considering muhidimensional game-agents＂ behavior interaction on the basis of 2x2 game-agents through the game analy- sis on the government, colleges, the third party financing institutions and college students, this article established two- phase mathematical model of contract mechanism designed on game-agents＂ behavioral evolution in the process of college students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship. And the effects of some behavioral components on the game-agents＂ behavior were investigated, which were college＇s revenues and its support costs, college students＂ gains, effort costs and loan honesty of innovation and entrepreneurship, the financing institutions gains, penalties for lenders default behavior, investment loss- es, the government efficiency, service attitude, efforts in support and support costs, etc. And a series of game-agents＂ be- havioral evolution mechanisms were provided. Meanwhile the effectiveness of the evolution mechanisms＂ effect was verified by numerical simulation. Therefore, this study provides a new theoretical guidance for improving the success rate of college students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship and promoting the mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
