摘要
组织软实力吸引利益相关者自愿为其提供所需资源,在当今竞争日益激烈的全球化网络化时代对组织具有重要价值。文章借鉴合法性理论,从利益相关者的角度研究组织软实力,提出组织软实力是组织拥有的能使利益相关者基于对组织的合法性感知而自愿接受组织对其行为影响,从而促进组织目的实现的能力,并根据利益相关者的组织合法性感知类型将组织软实力分为实用型、道德型与认知型三维度,最后提出组织软实力影响利益相关者对组织的合法性感知,进而影响其不同类型的自主性动机以及相对应的合作性行为的心理作用机制。
Organizational soft power attracts stakeholders to provide voluntarily the resources needed by organizations, and thus has important values for organizations in the globalization and internet era. With reference to the legitimacy theory, the paper defines organizational soft power as the ability owned by an organization to make its stakeholders voluntarily accept the or- ganization influence and help it to achieve its goals based on their legitimacy of the organization. The construction of orga- nizational soft power is divided into the three dimensions of pragmatic, moral, and cognitive soft power, and the psycholog- ical mechanism of organizational soft power is proposed as organizational soft power affecting stakeholders" perception of its legitimacy, and thus affects their autonomous motives and cooperative behavior.
