我国开展国际产能合作的动力因素及策略

国际产能合作在未来很长一段时间内将成为我国参与全球经济的重要方式,对国际产能合作的研究能够使我国在开展产能合作过程中少走弯路。本文在对国际产能合作进行界定的基础上,从国家层面和企业层面分析了我国开展国际产能合作的动力因素,提出了制定目标国家国际产能合作产业需求图、搭建国际产能合作上层构架和制定国际产能合作时间表、制作国际产能合作系统性风险分析报告、出台政策支持建立国际产能合作工业园等开展国际产能合作的对策建议。

Global cooperation on production capacity will become an important way for our country to participate in the global economy for a long period of time in the future. Study on global cooperation on production capacity will help to avoid detours in the cooperation on production capacity in our country. First, global cooperation on production capacity were defined in this paper, and then this paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism to carry out global cooperation on production capacity in China, which is dynamic factor at both the national level and enterprise level. Finally, this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of carrying out global cooperation on production capacity in China, namely, to set targeted countries＂ demand diagram of global cooperation on production capacity, to build the superstructure of global cooperation on production capacity and set timetable for global cooperation on production capacity, to write systemic risk analysis report of global cooperation on production capacity, and to introduce policies to support the establishment of industrial park of global cooperation on production capacity.
