聚酰胺酯棉混纺织物的开发及性能研究

Development and Property Study of Polyesteramide Cotton Blended Fabric

探讨聚酰胺酯棉混纺织物的开发要点,并对其性能进行了测试分析。对比分析了聚酰胺酯纤维的性能;纺纱生产中要优选原棉、优化细纱捻系数;织造过程中要合理调整浆料配方和织造工艺参数;在后整理工序中应注意烧碱处理条件,减少对纤维的损伤,采用淡碱退煮和常压染色的方法,并进行吸湿排汗整理;测试了混纺织物的各项性能指标。结果表明:与相近规格的纯棉织物、涤棉混纺织物相比,聚酰胺酯棉混纺织物在柔软性、抗起毛起球性、尺寸稳定性、易染色性等方面都具有一定优势。认为:聚酰胺酯棉混纺织物服用性能较好,可以用于商务休闲服装、高档衬衣等领域。

The development key points of polyesteramide cotton blended fabric were discussed. The fabric properties were tested and analyzed. The properties of polyesteramide fiber were compared and analyzed. In spinning production, raw cotton and yarn twist factor should be optimized. Sizing instruction and weaving processing paramelers should be reasonably adjusted during weaving processing. Attention should be paid for the treatment condition of alkali treatment in finishing processing to reduce the fiber injury. The methods of light alkali boiling desizing and dyeing at normal pressure were adopted. Moisture absorption and sweat releasing finishing was per formed. Each property indexes of the blended fabric were tested. The results show that polyesteramide cotton blended fabric has a certain advantages in aspects compared with pure cotton fabric and polyester cotton blended fabric in the similar specification including softness,pilling resistance,dimensional stability,easy dyeing property and so on. It is considered that wearability of polyesteramide cotton blended fabric is better. The fabric can be used in the fields like business causal clothing,high grade shirt and so on.
