The development key points of cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric were summarized. The processing procedure and technology parameters of warp dyeing were introduced to ensure the uniformity of dye ing. Sizing process was well controlled to avoid worse sizing problems. Weaving process was optimized to ensure the successful production. The burning temperature and running speed in finishing process were well controlled. The problems easy to happen in production and the solutions were summarized. Finally the cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric was successfully produced with better quality indexes. It is considered that the developed cotton polyesteramide blended denim fabric is a new type of denim fabric with excellent properties.
