摘要 探讨正交试验与TOPSIS相结合的粗纱机工艺参数优化方法。以正交试验数据为基础,利用TOPSIS法对试验数据进行处理,获得最佳工艺方案。采用比例标度法对传统的标度法计算权重进行改进,采取单一目标优化和多目标综合优化,确定最优工艺方案,并进行验证试验,证明了优化结果可靠有效。认为:采用TOPSIS法可克服正交试验数据处理粗糙、分辨率低的问题,能有效提高优化结果的精确度。 The optimization method of roving process parameters combining orthogonal test and TOPSIS was discussed. Based on orthogonal test data,TOPSIS method was used to deal with the test data to obtain the best process program. Proportional scaling method was adopted to modify the calculation weight traditional scaling method. Single objective optimization and comprehensive multi objectives optimization were used to decide the optimized technology program. Verification test was done to prove reliable and efficient optimization results. It is considered that the adoption of TOPSIS method ean overcome the issues including rougher treatment and lower resolution ratio of orthogonal test data. It ean improve the accuracy of optimization results effectively.
