桔瓣型长丝非织造毛巾与棉起圈毛巾性能对比

Property Comparison of Nonwoven Towel with Orange-type Filament and Loop Cotton Towel

探讨桔瓣型长丝非织造毛巾与棉起圈毛巾的使用性能。测试并对比了桔瓣型长丝非织造毛巾和两种棉起圈毛巾的吸湿快干性能、抗弯长度及掉毛率。试验结果表明,桔瓣型长丝非织造毛巾的吸湿快干性达到了国标要求,洗涤时间越长,织物越柔软,且掉毛率较小;两种棉起圈毛巾的吸湿快干性未达到国标要求,洗涤时间越长,织物越硬挺,掉毛率相对较大。认为桔瓣型长丝非织造毛巾具有较好的使用性能。

The usability of nonwoven towel with orange-type filament and loop cotton towel was discussed. The properties of nonwoven towel with orang,type filament including wet-absorb and fast dry, bending length and hair slipping percentage were tested and compared. The test results show that the wet-absorb and fast dry property of nonwoven towel with orange type filament can meet the requirements of national standard. The longer the washing time is,the softer the fabric is and the smaller the hair slipping percentage is. The wet-absorb and fast-dry of two kinds loop cotton towels were failed to satisfy the requirements of national standard. The longer the washing time is, the harder the fabric is and the larger the hair slipping percentage is. It is considered that non woven towel with orange type filament has better wearability.
