纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的测定 被引量:15

摘要 研究纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的检测方法。建立了同时测定纺织品中6种苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂含量的超高效液相色谱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱方法。对试验条件进行了优化,测试了该方法的线性范围、检出限、回收率和精密度,并应用该方法对市售纺织品进行测定。试验结果表明,在3倍信噪比(S/N=3)的条件下,该方法的检出限为0.05μg/kg^0.10μg/kg,在3个不同的加标水平下,方法的平均加标回收率为81.09%~94.93%,相对标准偏差为1.68%~7.41%。认为该方法简便快速,定性准确,灵敏度高,适用于纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂含量的测定。 The test methods of benzotriazole ultraviolet light absorber in textiles were studied. The method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-static electric field orbit trap high resolution mass spectrometry was established to test the content of six kinds benzotriazole ultraviolet light absorber. The test conditions were optimized. The linearity range, detection limit, recovery and accuracy of the method were tested. Moreover, the method was used to test the market textiles. The test results show that the detection limit of the method was 0.05 μg/kg - 0.10 μg/kg under the condition of three times signal to noise ratio (S/N=3). Under three different standard additional levels,the average adding standard recovery of the method is around 81.09 % - 94.93 %. The relative standard deviation is around 1.68 % - 7.41%. It is considered the method was simpler, quicker, accurater and with higher sensitivity. It is suitable for the test of benzotriazole ultraviolet light absorber in textiles.
