摘要
探讨我国棉纺行业智能制造的应用及其发展方向。对比分析了"工业4.0"和《中国制造2025》的基本内容和目标;分析了我国棉纺行业面临的挑战;总结了我国棉纺行业应加快的研究方向,并对我国棉纺行业智能制造应用和发展方向进行了探讨。认为:提高全行业劳动生产率,加速行业技术进步,推进智能制造,是提升我国棉纺行业竞争力的必由之路。
The application and development direction of intelligent manufacturing for China cotton textile in dustry in our country were discussed. The basic content and objectives of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 were compared and analyzed. The challenges of China cotton textile industry were analyzed. The study direction needed to be accelerated for China cotton textile industry was summarized. The application and development direc tion of intelligent manufacturing for China cotton textile industry were discussed. It is considered that the only way to promote the industry competitiveness of cotton textile industry was to improve the labor productivity of the whole industry,accelerate the industrial technology progress and boost intelligent manufacturing.
