民族传统是民族认同的重要因素之一,是民族政治文化的反映,更是民族地区维护社会稳定和少数民族基层组织建设的基石,但是民族传统在信息社会和媒介的冲击下支离破碎,在党和国家从"社会管理到社会治理"的转变过程中民族传统文化获得了新生,展现了其独特的魅力和不可估量的价值。因此,有必要在认识以少数民族传统的基础上探讨它在社会治理中的价值及可能性,并对民族传统的社会治理采纳方式进行探订。

As one of the important factors of national identity,national tradition is not only the reflection of a nation’s politics and culture,but also the miniature of the social life of minorities and the core-stone of their social stability and primary organization construction. Although the ancient and abundant minority national traditions has fragmented under the impact of information society and media, it has revived in the transformation from ＂ social administration to social governance＂,demonstrating its characteristic value and charm. Therefore,it’s necessary to explore the value and possibility of minority traditions in social governance and study the methods of adopting them in social governance.
