贵州少数民族地区生态文明发展现状评价与特征研究

Evaluation and Study on the Characteristics of the Current Situation of the Developmentof Guizhou Minority Area Ecological Civilization

自西部大开发十多年以来,我国西部的贵州少数民族地区经济发展虽然有了很大的进步,人民生活水平有所提高,但与东部沿海地区相比仍有很大差距,由于贵州少数民族地区生态保护能力差,所以生态文明建设迫在眉睫。生态文明是社会文明在自然环境中的扩张,它以尊重和维护生态环境价值和秩序为主旨,重视人类社会和自然界的相互协调和共同发展。生态文明发展是一个循序渐进的过程,本文通过组建的生态文明评价指标体系,通过使用熵值法来计算指标权重,在此研究的基础上,运用改进的熵值法对贵州少数民族地区生态文明发展模式进行评价,探讨贵州少数民族地区生态文明发展模式的特征,能够真正意义上去贯彻国家实施西部大开发的方针,从而贯彻贵州少数民族地区生态文明的建设,实现人与自然的和谐相处。

Since the western developme ntdecade, the economic development of the Gui Zhou minority area region of China has made great progress,but there is still a great gap compared with the easternseaboard. Because of the Gui Zhou minority area ecological protection ability is poor,the construction of ecological civilization is imminent. Ecological civilization is the social civilization and expansion in the natural environment,it is respect and protect the ecological environment value and purpose, we need pay attention to the coordinated development of human society and nature. The construction of ecological civilization is a gradual process. In this article, by constructing suitable ecological civilization evaluation index system, determine the index weight by using entropy method,And on the basis of this study,to evaluate the development model of Gui Zhou minority area ecological civilization, to explore the characteristics of the development model of Gui Zhoumimority are ecological civilization and to implement the national implementation of the western development policy,real easonable and orderly construction of ecological civilization in the Gui Zhou minority area to realization harmony between humanand nature.
