民族院校思想政治教育中的民族心理关怀问题研究

On the National Psychological Care in Ideological and Political Education in Ethnic Colleges and Universities

民族院校以民族学生为主,民族学生的民族心理关怀是民族院校思想政治教育区别于其他院校的重要特征。在实践教育工作中,民族院校思想政治教育必须要尊重民族学生的民族心理差异,以民族心理为出发点,把思想政治教育和民族心理恰当结合起来,基于民族心理客观事实展开工作,形成与民族心理实际相一致的工作方式方法,以民族心理问题解决为工作目标,不断强化思想政治教育效果。

National psychological care of minority students in ethnic colleges and universities’ ideological and political education is different from other colleges and universities. In the practical ideological and political education,ethnic colleges and universities must respect the national psychological differences of minority students,pay attention to national psychology theory as the starting point,combine ideological and political education with national psychology properly,use methods based on the objective facts of national psychology, and strengthen ideological and political education effect by solving national psychological problems.
