摘要 用户心理和用户行为能极大地影响数字图书馆的公共信息服务绩效。为梳理国际数字图书馆用户心理和用户行为研究知识体系,本文通过文献主题分析法以数字图书馆的采纳、信息检索行为和效用评估为流程链,提炼出整体研究框架,并对研究涉及的基础理论和主要内容进行了详细分析。 User's psychology and behavior can greatly influence the public information service performance of digital libraries. To explore the research knowledge system of international digital library user's psychology and behavior, this paper chooses adoption, information retrieval behavior and per formance evaluation as process chain to extract the research framework. Then basic theories and primary contents are analyzed in details.
