摘要
公民阅读是指人们获得文化收益的权利,需要一套完整的社会支持体系,图书馆制度就是其中重要的内容之一。本文在探讨公共图书馆制度建设现状的同时,提出了公共图书馆在制度建设方面需要满足公民阅读权利的几个问题。
The guarantee of reading right of citizen needs a series social supporting systems, the library system is one of the important parts. Based on the analysis of the content of library system construction related to citizen＇s reading right, this paper puts forward the implement and guarantee sys- tem of library system in China.
