摘要
目的评价生物膜清洗剂对呼吸机管路生物膜的清洗效果。方法将临床使用7d以上的3根呼吸管路分别截取22条2cm×2cm的小管路,共截取66条,随机分到生物膜清洗剂组、多酶清洗剂组和水洗对照组,每组22条;分别清洗后,用生物膜菌落计数评价清洗剂对生物膜的清洗效果。结果水洗对照组的平均菌落数为224.136×105 CFU/ml,多酶清洗剂组的平均菌落数为150.591×105 CFU/ml,生物膜清洗剂组的平均菌落数为10.295×105 CFU/ml;与水洗对照组相比,多酶清洗剂组和生物膜清洗剂组的平均菌落数明显减少(P<0.01);生物膜清洗剂组菌落数较多酶清洗剂组亦明显减少(P<0.01);多酶清洗剂对生物膜的去除率为32.81%,生物膜清洗剂对生物膜的去除率为95.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生物膜清洗剂对呼吸机管路生物膜的清洗效果最佳,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of biological membrane cleaning agent on cleaning of biological membranes of ventilator pipes.METHODS Totally 3ventilator pipes that were clinically used for more than 7days were respectively cut into 22 small pieces,with 2cm×2cm for each,66 pieces in total.All of them were randomly divided into the biological membrane cleaning agent group,the multi-enzyme detergent group,and water cleaning group,with 22 pieces in each group.The effects of the cleaning agents on the biological membranes were evaluated by means of bacterial colony counts on the biological membranes.RESULTS The average bacterial colony counts of the water cleaning group were 224.136×105 CFU/ml,the multi-enzyme detergent group 150.591×105 CFU/ml,the biological membrane cleaning agent group 10.295×105 CFU/ml;as compared with the water cleaning group,the average bacteial colony counts of the multi-enzyme detergent group and the biological membrane cleaning agent group were remarkably reduced(P〈0.01);the bacterial colony counts of the biological membrane cleaning agent group were significantly less than those of the multi-enzyme detergent group(P〈0.01).The removal rate of biological membranes was 32.81%in the multi-enzyme detergent group,95.41%in the biological membrane cleaning agent group,and there was significant difference(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION The biological membrane cleaning agent can achieve the optimal effect on cleaning of biological membranes,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
