摘要
随着移动转售业务全面开放脚步的迫近,怎样加强转售业务的创新以及虚拟运营商如何借力发展等话题也成为讨论的热点。结合国外先进经验以及最新移动通信标准技术规范,探讨了移动最新技术NFV如何帮助虚拟运营商更好地在未来市场创新、快速推出新业务、扩大市场份额、提供市场竞争力,最终达到移动运营和最终用户的互惠互利等方面,并提供了新技术如何在MVNO场景下应用的思路分析。
With the approach of the lull liberalization footsteps of mobile resale business, how to strengthen the resale business innovation and leveraging the virtual operator＇s development has become a hot topic. Based on advanced experience domestic and abroad, and the latest mobile communication standard technology guideline, this paper discussed how the latest mobile core network technology NFV can help virtual operator MVNO in the future market innovation, rapid introduction of new services, expansion of markets shares, offering market competitiveness, ultimately achieving mutual benefits between operators and users, and provided analysis on new technology＇s application under MVNO scenario.
