摘要
本文利用铅覆盖对某涡轮增压直喷汽油机各转速下空载加速和满载加速工况进行了变速器噪声试验研究。结果表明:发动机的负荷对变速器噪声影响较大,随着负荷的增加,变速器噪声也增加。空载加速时,变速器噪声较小,其他噪声占主要成分。满载加速时,变速器噪声对整机噪声声功率的贡献度随着转速的增加先升高后降低。同一负荷下,随着转速的增加,变速器噪声也增加。总体上看,空载和满载加速时变速器噪声对整机噪声声功率的平均贡献率分别为19.2%和29.1%。
In this paper, an experimental study on transmission noise is conducted under no-load and full- load acceleration conditions at different rotation speeds of a turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine with lead- covering technique. The results show that engine loads have significant effects on transmission noise. Transmission noise rises with the increase of engine load. At no-load acceleration, transmission noise is relatively low with other noises dominating the major components. At full load acceleration, with the increase of engine speed, the contribu- tions of transmission noise to the overall sound power of engine noise rise first and then fall. Under same engine load, transmission noise increases with the rise of engine speed. On the whole, the average contribution rates of transmission noise to the overall sound power of engine noise at no-load and full load accelerations are 19.2% and 29.1% respectively.
