长期以来,对警营文化建设的理解往往停留在丰富民警业余文化生活、提升团队凝聚力、营造健康向上的警营氛围等认识层面,我们通过结合经侦警种自身警营文化建设的实践,提出了"建立结合警种特点的警营文化社团是新时期公安队伍思想政治工作的重要抓手"的观点,旨在探索警营文化社团化可持续发展的道路,不断创新公安队伍思想政治工作的新模式。

It is the common aspiration of the police to strengthen the policing cultural construction in public security organs and it is a matter of cardinal significance to improve the quality of the police. The policing cultural construction is a comprehensive and complicated system project. In order to meet the demands of the society, the public security organs must put the concepts of science development into practice and improve the management system of policing cultural construction based on mass organizations in public security organs.
