客车行李架用PVC材料的研究与应用

摘要 研究了客车行李架用聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的配方设计,分析了配方内PVC树脂、稳定剂、Ca CO_3、润滑剂和加工助剂等对共混材料力学性能和气味的影响,得出了性能较为优异的客车行李架用PVC材料配方。 The formulation design of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material for the luggage rack of passenger car was studied, and the influences of PVC resin, stabilizer, CaCO3, lubricant and processing aids in the bends on mechanical properties and odor of the blending material were analyzed. At last, the optimized formula of PVC material for the luggage rack of passenger car was obtained.
