摘要
凝结水管网弯头频繁穿孔制约着其回收利用率。通过分析,认为冲刷腐蚀是凝结水管网弯头易产生穿孔的主要原因。针对这个原因,在不改变管线整体布局及工艺结构的情况下,通过采取相应对策,避免蒸汽窜入凝结水系统,以控制管网中汽水共存现象。合理提升弯头材质,利用材质固有的加工硬化现象,提高其耐冲刷能力。通过采取措施使锅炉炉水加药均匀和适量,定期化验炉水中的药剂含量(PO^(3-)_4),确保pH值为10~12,总碱度不大于14 mg/L,提高了蒸汽品质,有效减少了凝结水弯头冲刷穿孔现象,延长弯头使用寿命,既节省了检修维护成本,也提高了凝结水回收利用率。
The frequent rupture failures of elbows in condensate water pipelines have affected the recovery rate of the condensatewater. The analysis concluded that the impingement corrosion is the culprit of the fracture. To solve this problem, countermeasures have been taken to prevent steam from entering the eondensate water system so as to control the co - existence of steam and water without changing the piping arrangement and process flow. In addition, the material of elbows is upgraded to improve the resistance against the impingement. Effective measures such as uniform chemical addition, scheduled analysis of chemical contents (PO3 4-) in furnace water to ensure the pH value is 10 - 12 and total alkali no greater than 14 mg/L have improved the steam quality, effectively reduced the impingement fracture of elbow and extended the service life of the elbow. As the results, the nmintenance costs are saved and recovery rate of condensate water is increased.
