网络生态是一个以生态学理论为基础探讨网络经济的基本概念,基于网络生态视域来研究电子商务业态发展具有特殊意义。在概述网络生态内涵和特征的基础上,分析了网络生态视域下电子商务业态的内涵、结构及其发展过程,进而将其作为一个网络生态系统发展规律论述了电子商务业态发展的新趋势。

Network ecology is a basic definition discussing network economy based on ecology theory, and it has a special meaning to investigate the development of e-commerce based on the perspective of network ecology. Based on the presenta- tion of connotation and characteristics of network ecology, this paper analyzes the connotation, structure and development procedure of e-commerce under the perspective of network ecology, and discusses the new developing trend of e-commerce as a network ecology system development rules.
