信息时代背景下宁波体育设施资源整合现状的调查研究

运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,在信息时代背景下对宁波市现有部分体育设施现状,宁波市居民体育锻炼行为分析以及宁波公共体育信息服务的发展现状等方面进行调研。研究发现存在体育设施的使用率不高与普通民众缺乏健身场所的矛盾,有消费能力的民众无法按照自身需求(锻炼项目、锻炼时间、所处地理位置、场馆设施价位)尽快找到健身场所。宁波市体育设施的数量虽然可观,但是在资源整合方面应该从信息角度出发,利用成熟的经验和基础设施条件进行合理的资源配置。建议组建专业化的信息服务团队,开发公共体育设施查询平台;政府牵头大力宣传,并在其官方网站上开辟公共体育设施信息查询、预定版块;开发手机APP软件,用于宁波市区的场馆(免费、收费)查询、预定功能,同时兼具锻炼数据记录功能。

Using of literature, questionnaire, field trips and mathematical statistics, under the background of informa- tion time, this article researched the existing part of the status quo of sports facilities in Ningbo, Ningbo city resi- dents＇ physical exercise behavior analysis on development and sports, Ningbo public information services, etc. conduct research. The study found： there were still not high utilization of sports facilities and the general public＇s lack of fit- ness facilities contradiction, spending power of the people can not in accordance with their needs （exercise program, exercise time, geographical location, venues and facilities price） find fitness as soon as possible place. Overall, the number of sports facilities in Ningbo impressive, but in terms of integration of resources should depart from the infor- mation point of view, the use of mature experience and infrastructure {or a reasonable allocation of resources. Specif- ically： （1） The formation of specialized information services team, development of public sports facilities search plat- form. （2） Government--led publicity campaign and public sports facilities open query information on its official web- site, the predetermined area. （3） Develop mobile APP software for venues Ningbo downtown （free, fee） inquiry, in- tended function, while both workout data logging.
