老龄化背景下自发性群众体育组织的培育机制研究

Study on Cultivating Mechanism of Spontaneous Mass Sports Organization from the Background of Aging

探讨我国处在快速老龄化和加速老龄化阶段对自发性群众体育组织发起的挑战,分析我国自发性群众体育组织的发展概况及目前所处的困境,最后提出培育我国自发性群众体育组织的若干对策。

This paper discussed the challenge which would be initiated by spontaneous mass sports organization in a rapidly aging and accelerated aging, and the analysis on the overview of development and dilemma of the spontaneous mass sports organization. Finally, it put forward a number of cultivation of the spontaneous mass sports organization of our country.
