精神分裂症生物学病理机制的近红外光谱成像研究(综述)

摘要 精神分裂症是一种常见的精神疾病,目前尚缺乏客观的、协助诊断的物理检查指标或工具。近红外光谱成像技术(Near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)作为一种新的脑成像技术,已有研究者将其用于精神分裂症患者中进行了大量的研究,旨在探索精神分裂症的生物学病理机制,希望NIRS可以成为一种生物标记来辅助精神分裂症的诊断。本文主要讨论其在精神分裂症研究中的现况,以探究NIRS成为精神分裂症辅助诊断和疗效评估新工具的可能性及应用前景。 Schizophrenia is one of the most common psychiatric disorders, and still lack of objective physi- cal examination tools or indexes for diagnosis. Near-infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) is a new brain imaging technique which have been usedto do a lot of researchs in schizophrenia. Researchers aim to explore the pathobiology mecha- nism of schizophrenia, and hope that. NIRS can be a biological marker of diagnosis in schizophrenia. This paper is about the research status of schizophrenia, in order to explore the possibility and application prospects of NIRS as a new tool for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
