新辅助化疗治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌手术情况及临床指标变化情况观察

Observation of Changes of Surgical Situation and Clinical Indicators of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

目的探讨新辅助化疗治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌手术情况及临床指标变化情况。方法将86例患者用随机数表法分为观察组、对照组。对照组直接采用手术治疗加术后常规化疗,观察组加之新辅助化疗治疗,对比分析其临床指标和治疗情况。结果观察组的总有效率93.02%,对照组46.51%。观察组的手术时间、出血量和腹水量与CA125、HE4水平均要明显低于对照组;观察组的需要输血人数比对照组少15人;观察组的平均输血量、引流管滞留时间和平均入院天数都要比对照组低;观察组的残余病灶<2占74.41%,明显高于对照组残余病灶<2的比例34.88%。结论新辅助化疗治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌的效果良好,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To study the changes of surgical situation and clinical indicators of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods 86 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy directly after surgery,the observation group were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the basis of the control group,the clinical indicators and treatment effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 02%,and of the control group was 46. 51%. Operation time,blood loss,ascites volume,CA125,HE4 levels of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group. Patients need blood transfusion of the observation group was 15 cases fewer than that of the control group; average amount of blood transfusion,drainage tube retention time and the average days in hospital of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; residual lesions 〈2 accounts for 74. 41% of the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 34. 88%）. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer is effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
