抗肿瘤药物的不良反应及临床防治措施

目的统计抗肿瘤药物的不良反应及其防治措施。方法回顾性分析146例患者的年龄、性别、病理分期、治疗方案、用药方式等详细资料,对患者用药种类和用药产生的副反应进行统计分析,在具有明显疗效的患者的用药方式基础上,进行统计分析得出防治措施。结果在药品类别和不良反应类型中,在以消化系统中不良反应最多,如呕吐等,结合患者用药疗效我们也给出具体的用药防治措施。结论临床运用抗肿瘤药物应及时且应注意搭配使用,这样效果显著且不良反应少。

Objective To summarizestatistics the adverse reactions of antineoplastic drug and clinical prevention and treatment. Methods A retrospective study of clinical data（ Include age,sex,histological type,therapeutic schedule,administration） of between 2011 and 2013 in our hospital about 146 cases who have cancercancer patients was performed. Statistical analysis of adverse reactions of drug was conducted,and The,the way of those people＇s therapeutic schedule of patients with obvious efficacy were investigated,we use it. Results Among drug categories And and adverse reaction types,the digestive system were the most,such as emesis,Combined with curative effect for treating patients,specific drug prevention and control measures were decided. Conclusion In clinical use of antineoplastic drug,mix-wise use should be applied and this is to achieve significant effect and also reduce adverse reactions.
