摘要
目的:探讨神经元细胞表达的发育下调基因9(neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated 9,NEDD9)及黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测NEDD9及FAK在52例上皮性卵巢癌、13例卵巢交界性肿瘤、28例卵巢良性肿瘤及17例正常卵巢组织中的表达,并对二者在卵巢癌组织中的表达做相关性分析。结果:NEDD9在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于卵巢交界性肿瘤(P=0.000)、卵巢良性肿瘤(P=0.000)及正常卵巢组织(P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。FAK在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于卵巢交界性肿瘤(P=0.002)、卵巢良性肿瘤(P=0.000)及正常卵巢组织(P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。NEDD9的表达在卵巢癌的FIGO分期(P=0.000)、组织分化程度各亚组间有统计学差异(P=0.010),而在确诊时年龄(P=0.756)、血清CA-125水平(P=0.300)、病理类型(P=0.526)及腹水(P=0.506)各亚组间无统计学差异;FAK的表达在FIGO分期(P=0.008)及腹水(P=0.027)亚组间有统计学差异,而在确诊时年龄(P=0.299),血清CA-125水平(P=0.116)、组织分化程度(P=0.100)及病理类型(P=1.000)各亚组间无统计学差异。NEDD9和FAK在卵巢癌中的表达成正相关(r=0.535,P<0.05)。结论:NEDD9及FAK在上皮性卵巢癌中高表达,早期联合检测NEDD9和FAK可能对判断上皮性卵巢癌恶性程度有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of neural precursor cell-expressed,developmentally down-regu- lated 9(NEDD9) and focal adhesion kinase(FAK) in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of NEDD9 and FAK in 52 EOC, 13 borderline tumors,28 benign tumors and 17 normal ovaries paraffin tissue samptes. The correlation between NEDD9 and FAK was analyzed. Results :The expression of NEDD9 in EOC was high- er than that in borderline (P=0.000),benign tumors (P=0.000) and normal ovaries (P=0.000). The expression of FAK in EOC was higher than that in borderline (P=0.002), benign tumors (P=0.000) and normal ovaries (P=0.000). The expression of NEDD9 was cor- related with FIGO stage(P=0.000) and histological differentiation(P=0.010) rather than with the age at diagnosis(P=0.756),CA125 levels(P=0.300), histologic type(P=0.526) or ascites (P=0.506),while the expression of FAK was correlated with the FIGO stage (P= 0.008) and ascites (P=-0.027) rather than with the age at diagnosis (P=0.299), CA 125 levels (P=0.116), histological differentiation (P= 0.100) or histologic type(P=l.000). Spearman correlation coefficient showed that positive correlation was found between NEDD9 andFAK in EOC (r=0.535, P〈0.05). Conclusion : NEDD9 and FAK are overexpressed in EOC. Combined screening of NEDD9 and FAK at early stage may have vital clinical significance for eval- uation of progress in EOC.
