摘要
某新建热电厂一台循环流化床锅炉进行水压试验时发生变径管爆裂,本文采用了化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织观察、制造工艺及应力分析等方法,分析了变径管爆裂的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。
A different diameters tube is burst when the hydrostatic test of a circulating fluidized bed boiler in a new thermal power plant, the cause of the different diameters tube' s bursting is analyzed by using chemical analysis, mechanical property test, microstructure observation, manufacturing technology and stress analysis in this paper, and put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
