摘要
采用相似和模化理论,在BMCR工况下试验研究了两种典型SCR脱硝反应器内速度场的分布特点。试验结果表明:导流板和反应器结构共同影响反应器内速度分布的均匀性。对比垂直入口式和水平入口式反应器,前者各测试截面的速度标准偏差百分比Cv均小于后者;沿着气体的流动方向,两种反应器测试截面的Cv值均单调减小,另外,水平入口式反应器Cv变化幅度大于垂直入口式反应器Cv变化幅度。
An experimental study was performed to investigate the velocity distribution law of two typical SCR denitrification reactor. The test was operated under boiler maximum continue rate condition by similarity and modeling theory. Main results are as follows: the velocity uniformity is affected by both guide plate and reactor structure, comparing with horizontal - inlet reactor and vertical - in- let reactor, the velocity standard deviation of vertical - inlet reactor is less than which of horizontal - inlet reactor. Meanwhile, velocity standard deviation of vertical of the two model both decrease monotonously along gas flow direction, while the variation of velocity standard deviation of horizontal - inlet model is more significantly than vertical -inlet model.
