加氢反应器小口径接管内壁不锈钢堆焊试验研究

The Analysis about stainless steel Overlay is welded to the inner of tube of Hydrogen reactor

本文对在12Cr2Mo1R钢上采用自动氩弧焊堆焊ER309L+ER347进行分析研究,特别对同种焊材在不同堆焊工艺参数下对堆焊层性能的影响进行了分析,通过对试板铁素体含量测定、弯曲、化学成份分析、晶间腐蚀试验、宏微观及硬度试验研究最终得出最佳焊接工艺。

In this paper, use GTAW Overlay ER309L ＋ ER347 to 12Cr2MolR,especially analysis of the same weld material with different parameter. Concluded the best parameter through comparative analysis the FN,bend, Chem. Analysis, Intergranular Corrosion Test, Macro, Micro and Hardness Test.
