DGCR8在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨DGCR8基因在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法对126例结直肠癌组织、正常结直肠黏膜以及淋巴结病理切片中的DGCR8蛋白进行检测。结果 DGCR8的表达在结直肠癌组织和转移淋巴结组织中明显高于正常黏膜,其表达水平与淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床Dukes分期、CEA以及生存时间等密切相关(均P<0.05),而且是结直肠癌重要的预后独立危险因素之一(P<0.05)。结论 DGCR8表达上调可能促进结直肠癌的发生、发展、转移并且影响预后。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of DGCR8 in colorectal cancer. Methods Immuno- histochemical method(IHC)was used to detect the expression level of DGCR8 protein in 126 cases of colorectal cancer tissues, normal mucosae and lymph nodes. Results The expression level of DGCR8 in colorectal cancer tissues and metastatic lymph nodes was obviously higher than that in normal mucosae, and the up-regulated DGCR8 was related to lymph node metastasis, re- mote metastasis, clinical Dukes stage, CEA and survival time (P〈0.05 for all). Furthermore, DGCR8 was an important inde- pendent prognosis factor for colorectal cancer(P〈0.05). Conclusion Up-regulated DGCR8 may play an important role in the occurrence, progression,metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
