腹腔镜在胃间质瘤切除术中应用的优势

Laparoscopic resection in treatment of gastric stromal tumor

目的:观察腹腔镜在胃间质瘤切除术中的应用及疗效。方法 :回顾性分析2006年11月至2015年5月接受胃间质瘤腹腔镜切除手术25例和开腹手术23例病人的临床资料。结果:本研究中,44例术后病理为低危险,4例中、高危险;腹腔镜组25例手术顺利,平均手术时间(75.6±24.3)min,平均出血量(19.3±14.3)m L,术后平均住院时间(6.2±1.3)d;开腹组23例,平均手术时间(123.0±41.1)min,平均出血量(164.0±61.6)m L,术后平均住院时间(10.3±3.4)d。平均手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,腹腔镜组少于开腹组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 :腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术创伤小、恢复快、效果佳,有较大的临床价值。

Objective To assess the application of laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor and the results. Methods There were 25 patients with gastric stromal tumor who underwent laparoscopie resection and 23 patients by conventional open surgery in Shanghai and Jiangsu two hospital from Nov 2006 to May 2015. The data were retrospectively analyzed. Results It was diagnosed after surgery that 44 patients were benign and 4 patients malignant. Laparoseopie surgery was successful for all 25 patients underwent with operation time （75.6±24.3） rain and blood loss （19.3±14.3）mL and hospital stay （6.2±1.3）days. The operation time for open surgery was （123.0±41.1） rain and blood loss （164.0±61.6）mL and hospital stay （10.3±3.4）days. There was significant difference statistically for all these parameters with less operative time, less blood loss and shorter hospital stay postoperative （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor has the advantages of less trauma, fast recovery and better effect, which is valuable in treatment of gastric stromal tumor.
