摘要
目的探讨宁夏地区不同宿主动物对小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌易感情况及不同来源分离菌遗传进化特征,为该菌防控提供依据。方法从采集的腹泻病例、猪、鼠类、羊和犬标本中分离小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,并进行血清分型、生物分型及毒力基因检测,同时对O:3和O:9血清型菌株进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分析。结果 2874份猪标本检出147株菌,检出率5.11%;462份牛标本,检出5株菌,检出率为1.08%;2105份羊标本共检出20株菌;检出率为0.95%;腹泻患者检出2株,鸡检出7株,鼠检出14株,猫未检出,检出率为别为0.79%、0.65%、0.81%和0。猪主要感染致病性O:3血清型为主,生物型为2型;其他宿主动物检出均为非致病性O:5和O:8,生物型为1A。PFGE分为12种带型,K6GN11C30021、K6GN11C30012为主要型别,占所有分型菌株的(58/98)59.18%。结论猪的易感性最高,依然是宁夏地区小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的主要宿主和传染源;人和猪对致病性菌株最为易感,其他宿主动物对非致病性菌株较为易感。
Objective To explore the Ningxia region from 2008 to 2014 different host animals of enterocolitis coulson bacteria vulnerable situation and different sources of isolated bacteria genetic evolution characteristics, provide the basis for the prevention and control of bacteria. Method From the acquisition of diarrhea cases, pigs, rats and mice, sheep and dogs samples separation enterocolitis, bacteria, and serotyping, biological classification and virulence gene detection, at the same time O:3 and O:9 serotype strains for pulsed field gel electrophoresis analysis. Results The pig has the highest susceptibility, enterocolitis remains Ningxia area and the main host coulson bacteria and infection, other host animals of pathogenic strains more susceptible; 2874 pigs specimens detected 147 strains bacteria, detection rate of 5.11%; specimens of 462 cattle, check out the 5 strains of bacteria, detection rate is 1.08%; 2105 sheep specimens were detected 20 strains of bacteria; The detection rate is 0.95%; Diarrhea patients and other animal specimen detection rate is low. Pig main pathogenic infection 0:3 serotype is given priority to, biological type for type 2; Other host animal detection are non-pathogenic 0:5 and 0:8, biological type 1 a. PFGE divided into 12 kinds of belt type, don't K6GN11C30021, K6GN11C30012 as main type, type of all points strains of 59.18% (58/98). Conclusion People and pig are most susceptible for pathogenic strains, and other host animals of pathogenic strains is relatively vulnerable.
