摘要
目前,水泥生产中所使用的缓凝剂主要为天然石膏。磷石膏作为湿法生产磷酸的工业副产物,其主要成分为二水石膏,同时含有少量的有害杂质,如可溶性P、F、有机杂质等,会导致凝结时间长、强度降低等问题。生产实践表明,经改性处理的磷石膏完全能够代替天然石膏用作水泥缓凝剂,在凝结时间上保持一致、在强度上略有上升,可以实现大规模应用。
In this stage , natural gypsum is the magar raw materal used in the production of cement retarder . Phosphogypsum is the main industrial byproducts of wet process to produce phosphoric acid , the main component is gypsum, also contains small amounts of harmful impurities , such as soluble P, F, organic impurities, etc.Therefore, before using phosphogypsum , we need to take modification treatment to improve the setting time , reduce strength and other problems.Production practice showed that the modification of phosphogypsum was fully capable of replacing natural gypsum as cement retarder , consistent in setting time , even a slight increase in strength , can achieve large-scale applications.
