摘要
焦炉煤气制天然气是焦炉煤气综合利用的发展方向,如何脱除焦炉煤气中的CO和CO_2是焦炉煤气制天然气技术的难点。按是否进行甲烷化反应划分,焦炉煤气制天然气技术可分为甲烷化技术和非甲烷化技术,阐述了两种技术的研究进展和工业化现状,比较了两种技术的优缺点。甲烷化技术可以增加天然气的产量,但工艺较为复杂,非甲烷化技术的优点是工艺简单,但还需进一步提高甲烷收率以增强其技术竞争力。
The development direction of coke oven gas ’s comprehensive utilization is making natural gas , the technical difficulty is how to remove CO and CO 2 .The technology of coke oven gas making natural gas can be divided into methanation technology and non -methanation technology . The research progress and current situation of these two technologies were expounded , advantages and disadvantages of two technologies were compared . Using methanation technology can increase production of natural gas , but its process was more complicated , the process of non-methanation technology was relatively simple , but the yield of methane needed to be improved .
