低压三效乙醇精馏回收工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了低压三效乙醇精馏回收装置及工艺,并采用流程模拟软件ASPEN Plus对工艺进行模拟优化,结果显示:相比传统两塔差压精馏工艺,低压三效精馏工艺蒸汽消耗降低了38.9%,对蒸汽品位的要求相当。相比普通三效精馏工艺,低压三效精馏工艺蒸汽消耗降低了10.8%,对蒸汽品位的要求降低620 kPa,从而对设备的耐高温耐腐蚀性能要求降低,减少了设备投资和维护费用。 A recycling ethanol process by low pressure and three -effect distillation technology was developed . Compared to the traditional two towers and two-effect rectification process , steam consumption of recycling ethanol process by low pressure and three-effect distillation technology was decreased by 38.9%.Compared to the general three-effect distillation technology , steam consumption was decreased by 10.8%, and only needed steam grade under pressure 500 kPa.Corresponding reduction in requirements equipment about high temperature and corrosion resistance also reduced the costs of equipment investment and maintenance .
