摘要 生产过程中,使用碱洗和水洗对环氧大豆油的酸度和环氧值影响显著,而使用溶度为3%~4%的NaOH溶液,用量与粗品的体积比为1:(1~1.2),在粗品温度相同(约40℃)的条件下进行碱洗,并且用离子交换树脂处理过的水,用量与粗品的体积比为1:(1~2)进行水洗,即可保证环氧大豆油的酸度和环氧值在合格范围内,同时又可缩短油水分层清晰时间。 In production process , the use of alkaline cleaning and washing effect on acidity and epoxy value of epoxy soybean oil was significantly , and solubility was 3% -4% NaOH solution, dosage of alcohol and volume ratio was 1:(1-1.2), the coarse product temperature was about 40℃under the condition of same alkaline cleaning , and treated water with ion exchange resins, the dosage of alcohol and volume ratio was 1:(1-2) for washing, can guarantee the acidity and epoxy value of epoxy soybean oil in the qualified range , at the same time, the time of oil and water layer clear was shortened.
