摘要
为了解直饮水中阴离子含量状况,本文采用离子色谱法建立了水中F^-、BrO_3^-、Cl^-、NO_2^-、Br^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)、PO_4^(3-)等8种阴离子检测分析方法,通过淋洗液种类、浓度、流速、进样量等参数的优化选择,建立合适正交试验方案优化出最佳仪器参数。在最佳参数下,对线性范围、检出限、精密度、回收率等进行方法学验证。8种阴离子的线性相关系数都达到了0.99以上,检出限在0.0014~0.0070 mg/L之间,回收率在86%~116%之间,精密度在0.11%~1.91%之间。
To understand the anion content in the drinking water , using ion chromatography , detection and analysis methods for eight kinds of anion as F -, BrO-3 , Cl-, NO-2 , Br-, NO-3 , SO2-4 , PO3-4 .By employing optimization selection pouring lotion type, concentration, flow rate, injection volume and other parameters were established , appropriate programs orthogonal test and optimum instrument parameters were also established .Under theoptimal parameters , the linear range, detection limit, precision, recovery were made for method validation.Eight kinds of anion linear correlation coefficient reached 0.99 or above , detection limits were between 0.0014~0.0070 mg/L, the recoveries were between 86%to 116%, and precision was between 0.11%to 1.91%.
