摘要
建立了GC法对维A酸残留溶剂甲醇进行检测。色谱柱DM-624(30 m×0.53 mm×3.0μm);分流比:1:1;检测器温度:200℃;进样器温度:250℃;载气:N_2;柱温程序:60℃保持5 min,40℃/min升温至220℃保持3 min;柱流速:10.0 mL/min,恒流模式;进样量:1.0 mL;检测器:FID;顶空进样。结果表明:方法线性R≥0.99,甲醇检测限≤0.0050%。方法准确灵敏,可用于维A酸残留溶剂进行检测。
Reducing methanol in tretinoin analysis method by GC was established .Using method chromatographic column DM-624 (30 m x0.53 mm x3.0 μm), split ratio was 1:1, detector temperature was 200 ℃, injector temperature was 250 ℃, N2 was used as carrier gas , column temperature procedure , hold temperature was at 60 ℃ for 5 min, and then increased the temperature to 220℃at 40℃/min and holded 3 min.column rate was 10 mL/min, under CC mode, injection volume was 1 mL, FID was used as detector, headspace sampling.Result showed linear R≥0.99, methanol detector limitation ≤0.0050%.The method is accuracy and sensitive which is suit for reducing solvent in tretinoin analysis.
