摘要
《仪器分析》是食品质量与安全类专业必修课程之一,是现代食品分析工作者不可或缺的基本素养。本文结合本校食品质量与安全专业仪器分析课程教学实践,分析了目前仪器分析教学中存在的问题,提出了针对食品类专业的教学特点,教师需要在以下几个方面下功夫,比如,注重教材的选择与编撰、转变备课与教学模式、注重计算机辅助教学、改革实验课的考核方式等。经过教学实践,收效良好,供同行参考。
Instrumental Analysis is a required course in specialty of Food Quality and Safety , and is also indispensable quality for modern food analysis worker . Combing with the Instrumental Analysis teaching practice in specialty of Food Quality and Safety in our school , the Instrumental Analysis teaching situation was analyzed , and several reform scheme based on the teaching characteristics of food specialty were put forward , such as regarding the choice and compilation of teaching material , changing the lesson preparation and teaching mode , regarding the Computer Aided Instruction ( CAI ) , reforming the evaluation method of the experimental lesson , etc.The teaching efficiency of these reforms was proved to be well in our teaching practice , and these reforms can provide the reference for the colleagues .
