食品科学与工程专业大学生科研创新训练管理体系探析 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,食品科学与工程专业在高等院校快速发展。提升该专业本科生科研创新能力,规范管理科研创新训练过程,是培养高素质创新型应用人才的关键。本文分析了该专业学生在科研创新训练过程中存在的问题。提出了集选题、文献阅读与综述撰写、实验方案制定及论证、实验操作技能及实验室规范培训、实验实施及质量监控、科研论文撰写、企业实践及科研创新训练效果评价为一体的科研创新训练管理体系。该管理体系可加快本科生由知识型转向创新型、应用型,并提升学生综合素质。 Major of Food Science and Engineering develops rapidly in recent years .Enhance the scientific innovative ability of this major and regulate the process are key issue for bringing up high-quality and innovative applied personnel . Existential questions found during process of scientific innovative practice were analyzed . A management system of scientific innovative practice which combined with subject selection , literature reading and review , experimental design and argument , training of experimental operates skill and laboratory practices , experimental implementation and monitoring, scientific paper writing , industry practice and evaluation of innovative practice results was established . Transition process of undergraduates from knowledge -based to innovation-oriented and application-based and their comprehensive quality were enhanced .
