居室装修中不同品牌聚脂漆空气中苯污染水平比较

Comparing the exposure levels of benzene indoors in the decoration paint operation by using different quality of polyester varnish

目的：比较不同质量聚脂漆在装修喷漆作业中室内苯的暴露水平,分析可能存在的污染来源。方法：在装修喷涂时选择使用不同品牌聚脂清漆共3个组别,每组6户,高质量口组、中质量和低质量组,居室空气中苯的测定按照（GB50325-2006）附录B溶剂解吸气相色谱法进行。结果：高档、中档、低档聚脂漆在喷涂作业中空气中苯含量范围分别为0.07~0.13、0.08~0.35、0.12~1.88 mg/m3,中档、低档聚脂漆的苯含量均高于高档聚脂漆的苯含量（Z=-2.478,-2.771,P均〈0.05）,随着聚脂漆档次的降低,苯超标率逐渐增加。中档、低档聚脂漆的苯超标率均高于高档（x2=1.500、P〉0.05,x2=8.571、P〈0.01）。结论：装修时使用不同品牌和质量的脂清漆引起的室内苯污染水平差异有统计学意义,提示生产和监管部门应加强清漆在生产过程中的质量控制。

Objective：To compare the exposure levels of benzene indoors in the decoration paint operation by using different quality of polyester varnish, to analysis the possible sources 9f pollution. Methods：Three groups were choosed by ueing different brands of polyester varnish：high-grade,mid- grade, low- grade（six households in each grade）, the benzene in indoor air was determinated by solvent desorption gas chromatography of （GB50325 - 2006） appendix B. Results：The levels of benzene indoors using polyester varnish of high - grade,told- grade, low- grade were respectively：0.07~0.13,0.08-0.35,0.12-- 1.88 mg/m3~ the levels of benzene in the,mid -grade and low - grade were higher than high - grade（Z = - 2.478, - 2.771, P 〈 0.05）. With the grade of polyester varnish decreasing,the exceed the standard rate of benzene increased gradually, the standard rate of benzene in the mid- grade, low- grade polyester varnish was higher than that of high - grade （x2 = 1.500, P 〉 0.05, x2 = 8.571, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： there was statistically significant in the pollution of benzene indoor by using different brands and quality of the Polyester varnish, The department of production and supervision should strengthen the quality control of polyester varnish in the production process.
