近红外方法对北疆稠油性能的评价

摘要 采用近红外标准实验法、近红外分析模型和原油评价方法,对中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司加工的北疆稠油混合料(以下简称混合原料)性质进行了评价。结果表明:混合原料系低硫-环烷-中间基原油;经实沸点蒸馏后,初馏点~160,〉145~255,〉200~360,〉360~500,〉500℃的馏分可依次作为催化重整装置、航煤加氢装置、柴油加氢装置、催化裂化装置和焦化装置(或重交通道路沥青)的原料。根据边际效益系统测算,利用混合原料的渣油生产重交通道路沥青(生产时间为4 d)比用作焦化原料时,整体经济效益可提高398万元。 The properties of Beijiang heavy oil mixture( referred to as mixture) processed by Urumqi Petrochemical Company,Petro China,was evaluated by near infrared standard test method,near infrared analysis model and crude oil evaluation method. The results showed that the mixture was a low sulfur-naphthene- intermediate base crude oil. After the distillation of true boiling point,the obtained distillates of initial boiling- 160,〉 145- 255,〉 200-360,〉 360- 500,〉 500 ℃ could be used as the feedstocks of catalytic reforming,jet fuel hydrogenation,diesel hydrogenation,catalytic cracking hydrogenation and delayed coking unit( or heavy- duty road asphalt) in turn. According to the estimation of the marginal benefit system,the overall economic benefit of producing the heavy- duty road asphalt( production time 4 d) by residual oil from the mixture,was improved by $ 3. 98 million compared with that of coking as feedstock.
