聚硅酸盐类絮凝剂的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以硅酸钠、四硼酸钠、硫酸锌和硫酸镁为原料,采用复合共聚法,在硅酸钠摩尔浓度为0.25 mol/L,四硼酸钠/硅酸钠(摩尔比)为0.7,硫酸镁/硅酸钠(摩尔比)为1.5,硫酸锌/硅酸钠(摩尔比)为1.0,聚合温度为25℃,聚合时间为60 min的条件下,可制备絮凝效果最佳的含硼聚硅酸硫酸镁锌复合絮凝剂(PMZSSB)。结果表明:用PMZSSB处理p H值为7.0~12.0的含油废水,在其质量浓度为128.2 mg/L的条件下,废水浊度由77.41 NTU降至4.49 NTU,浊度去除率达到94.2%;在相同条件下,PMZSSB的絮凝效果优于Al2(SO4)3,Al Cl3及聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铝铁等絮凝剂。 The composite flocculant of poly- magnesium- zinc- silicate- sulfate containing B( PMZSSB) with the best flocculation effect was prepared by co- polymerization method with Na2 Si O3,Na2B4O7,Zn SO4,Mg SO4 as raw materials under the conditions of Na2 Si O3molar concentration 0. 25 mol /L,Na2B4O7/ Na2 Si O3( molar ratio) 0. 7,Mg SO4/Na2 Si O3( molar ratio) 1. 5,Zn SO4/ Na2 Si O3( molar ratio) 1. 0,polymerization temperature 25 ℃,polymerization time 60 min. The results showed that the wasterwater( p H value 7. 0- 12. 0) was treated by PMZSSB( mass concentration 128. 2 mg / L),the turbidity of wastewater decreased from 77. 41 NTU to4. 49 NTU,the turbidity removal rate reached94. 2%. The flocculation effect of PMZSSB was the best than that of Al2( SO4)3,Al Cl3,polyaluminium chloride and polyaluminium ferrous chloride under the same conditions.
