摘要
在140万t/a柴油加氢改质降凝装置上,以直馏柴油和催化柴油的混合物为原料(二者质量比为78/22),采用FHI柴油加氢改质异构降凝技术及配套的催化剂,试生产了-10#,0#精制柴油。结果表明:2种产品中硫含量均能满足国Ⅴ标准;二者副产物粗汽油的硫含量均低于5.0μg/g,氮含量均低于1.00μg/g,满足重整装置掺炼粗汽油的要求。
- 10#,0#refined diesel oil was piloted production by FHI diesel hydroupgrading isomery pour point depression technique with the straight-run diesel oil and catalytic diesel oil as materials( mass ratio 78/22) in a 1. 4 Mt/a diesel hydroupgradingisomery pour point depression unit. The results showed that the sulphur contents in two products could meet the national diesel standard Ⅴ. Both of sulphur contents in the by- product crude gasolines were less than 5. 0 μg / g,nitrogen contents less than 1. 00 μg /g,and their properties could meet the requirement of refining crude gasoline in the platforming unit.
