摘要
在600万t/a常减压蒸馏装置中,于高温段加入HC 03018高温缓蚀剂,用以缓解装置的腐蚀现象。工业试运行表明:加入高温缓蚀剂后,可使常二线油、常三线油和减三线油的铁离子含量降幅依次达到94.58%,97.80%,98.08%;加剂前与稳定期的常三线油腐蚀速率分别为0.050 2,0.028 7 mm/a,降幅达到42.83%;高温缓蚀剂可有效控制高温段的腐蚀现象。
The corrosion phenomenon in the high- temperature part of a 6. 0 Mt / a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was alleviated by adding HC 03018 high temperature corrosion inhibitor. Industrial trial operation showed that after adding high temperature corrosion inhibitor,iron ion content in the atmospheric gas oil 2#,3#and vacuum gas oil 3#in turn reduced by 94. 58%,97. 80%,98. 08%. The corrosion rate of the atmospheric gas oil 3#of adding inhibitor before and stable stage was0. 050 2 and 0. 028 7 mm / a respectively,decreasing by 42. 83%. The high temperature corrosion inhibitor could effectively control the corrosion phenomenon in the high- temperature part.
