高温缓蚀剂在常减压蒸馏装置中的应用

在600万t/a常减压蒸馏装置中,于高温段加入HC 03018高温缓蚀剂,用以缓解装置的腐蚀现象。工业试运行表明:加入高温缓蚀剂后,可使常二线油、常三线油和减三线油的铁离子含量降幅依次达到94.58%,97.80%,98.08%;加剂前与稳定期的常三线油腐蚀速率分别为0.050 2,0.028 7 mm/a,降幅达到42.83%;高温缓蚀剂可有效控制高温段的腐蚀现象。

Industrial trial operation showed that after adding high temperature corrosion inhibitor,iron ion content in the atmospheric gas oil 2#,3#and vacuum gas oil 3#in turn reduced by 94. 58%,97. 80%,98. 08%. The corrosion rate of the atmospheric gas oil 3#of adding inhibitor before and stable stage was0. 050 2 and 0. 028 7 mm / a respectively,decreasing by 42. 83%. The high temperature corrosion inhibitor could effectively control the corrosion phenomenon in the high- temperature part.
