摘要
利用柴油超深度加氢脱硫(RTS)技术,采用RS-1000催化剂,对中国石化广州分公司120万t/a柴油加氢精制装置进行了升级改造。结果表明:以减压一线油、常三线油及直馏柴油为原料,可生产出总硫含量为5.9μg/g,总氮含量低于0.50μg/g的满足国Ⅴ标准的车用柴油;以直馏柴油和焦化柴油为原料(二者质量分数分别为80%,20%),通过提高反应温度及入口氢分压,可生产出总硫含量接近10.0μg/g的精制柴油。
A 1. 2 Mt / a diesel oil hydrofining unit of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC,was revamped with RS- 1000 catalyst by diesel ultra deep hydrodesulfurization( RTS) technology. The results showed that automotive diesel fuel with the total sulfur content 5. 9 μg / g,total nitrogen content less than 0. 50 μg / g was produced with the vaccum gas oil( VGO 1#),atmospheric gas oil 3#and straight run diesel oil as raw materials,which could meet the national diesel standard Ⅴ. The hydrofining diesel oil with the total sulfur content about 10. 0 μg /g was produced by raising the reaction temperature and inlet partial hydrogen pressure with straight run diesel oil and coker diesel as raw materials( the mass fraction of them 80%,20% respectively).
