摘要 建立了采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定C5石油树脂加氢催化剂中Pd元素质量分数的方法,考察了试样中基体元素Al和硫酸-磷酸混合物(二者体积比为4/1,以下简称硫磷混酸)对Pd元素质量分数测定结果的干扰。结果表明:Al元素和硫磷混酸对Pd元素质量分数的测定存在负影响,应采用基体匹配法消除干扰;在高频功率为0.9 k W,雾化气流量为0.60 L/min,观测高度为9 mm的最佳条件下,方法的检出限为0.031 mg/L,相对标准偏差低于2.00%,加标回收率高于98%。 A method for determining the content of Pd in C5 petroleum resin hydrogenation catalyst was established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and the effect of Al in matrix and mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid( volume ratio 4 /1) in test sample on the determination was investigated. The results showed that the residual Al and mixed acid in the sample had a negative influence on the method,and it could be eliminated by matrix matching method. Under the optimized conditions of high- frequency power 0. 9 k W,flow rate of atomization gas 0. 60 L / min,observed altitude 9 mm,the detection limit of the method was0. 031 mg / L,the reference standard deviation was less than 2. 00%,and the adding standard recovery was more than 98%.
