摘要
采用有限元方法,对整体加筋壁板5种典型缺口区细节试验件进行了应力分析及屈曲载荷计算,给出了加筋壁板试验件较优结构形式。并对连接区厚度和宽度进行参数化影响分析,得到了剪应力及临界屈曲载荷变化曲线。依据计算结果设计出连接区变宽度变厚度试验件。设计思路和分析方法可为整体加筋壁板剪切试验件的设计提供参考。
The stress analysis and buckling loads of five typical notch tip zone detail integrally stiffened panel shear test specimens are studied by finite element analysis, the better structural forms are proposed. The parameter effects on thickness and width of the jointing area are analyzed, the curves of shear stress and critical buckling load are obtained. According to the calculated results, the variable thickness and width specimen is presented finally. The design routine and analytical method are useful for designing in- tegrally stiffened panel shear specimen configuration.
