摘要
共产主义"宗教论"有不同类型,国内学界对它们的认识存在着先入为主的错误倾向,认为它们都是在丑化与妖魔化共产主义。汤因比的共产主义"宗教论"就是一例,共产主义"宗教"是他为解决人类文明危机而引荐的精神药方,他并没有妖魔化共产主义的本意,反而具有敬仰共产主义的明显气息,具有为人类文明指明通往未来之路之意。但共产主义毕竟不是宗教,它与宗教具有本质的区别;把共产主义比作宗教终究是贬低了共产主义,对共产主义运动是有害的。不过,他的这一论说,对于拓宽人们对马克思思想来源的认识、启迪人类走向未来以及正确理解宗教与共产主义的关系还是具有一定价值的。
There are different kinds of communism ＂religion＂ theory. It is wrong to think they are all demonizing the com- munism. Toynbee＇s theory of communism religion is an example. Communism ＂religion＂ is a spiritual prescription intro- duced by him to solve the crisis of human civilization. Toynbee doesn＇t want to demonize communism. On the contrary, communism is his flavor. He thinks that communism is the road to the future for the mankind. But, after all, communism is not a religion. There are many essential differences between it and religion. The theory of communism ＂religion＂ debases the communism, which is harmful to the communist movement. However, Toynbee＇ theory has a certain value for the man- kind to go into the future and to further understanding the relationship between the religion and communism.
